After graduating from Leeds Beckett University in 2018, Rory is currently studying a master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning to further guide rehabilitation protocols and exercise prescription. He has taken a keen interest in muscular endurance screening training and is currently reviewing the latest research in screening protocols to assist in preventing career-ending knee injuries such as damage to the ACL. Having gained previous elite level experience within soft tissue therapy, injury assessment and rehabilitation with The Leeds Rhinos, Yorkshire Carnegie, Sheffield United F.C, Rory has gained further qualifications in Kinesiology taping L1 and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) to further understand and treat the mechanisms of injury. There is no stone left unturned to ensure you have long-term success in returning to sport and assisting you in improving your performance.
Nicole is a Sport and Exercise Therapist from the Isle of Man who has recently completed a Masters in Sport and Exercise Medicine from Leeds Beckett University. During her master’s degree, she achieved The FA Level 4 Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in football (ITMMIF) course, being a primary care provider in the field of play within football and rugby.
Nicole’s previous experience includes deep tissue massage, mobilization and taping for high level sports teams such as Leeds Rhinos, Catalan Dragons, Leeds United Ladies, and other football teams in Yorkshire. She is very passionate about aiding athletes in their recovery when returning to play through rehabilitation and helping those who want to advance their performance. Her interests in mobility and flexibility techniques have developed from her sporting background as an ex elite gymnast, she is currently a gymnastics coach and is keen to incorporate these key areas into injury prevention programs.
Naomi is a graduate of the Anglo European College of Chiropractic University and is currently practising as a Doctor of Chiropractic in her hometown of Sheffield. She has played basketball and netball at county and premiership league level. She followed up this sporting interest in her placement year by treating scholarship athletes and international basketball players at Bournemouth University in their sports clinic. The experience in elite standards of basketball underpinned by her knowledge in chiropractic and sports therapy services empowers her to understand the standard of injury prevention and rehabilitation needed to allow you to perform at your best.
Naomi adopts an integrated holistic approach by combining spinal manipulative therapy and extremity adjustments, mobilisation and soft tissue therapies including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) along with kinesiology taping to aid in rehabilitation. She uses a range of effective treatments to the spine, muscles and joints whilst giving patients the advice and exercise programmes needed to speed up recovery and ensure that their improvement is maintained.
